Know Before You Go
PRE PURCHASED TICKETS
All printed or mobile tickets must be presented at the E-Ticket booth to
obtain a wristband. All members of your party must be present at the time of
redemption. Wristbands are the only form of entry into all attractions.
CELL PHONES
Please do not have cell phone out on the hayrides or while walking through
any of the attractions. MANY ARE LOST, MOST ARE NOT RECOVERED! Flash
photography and the use of cell phone flashlights, is strictly prohibited,
for the safety of our actors. No one will be permitted back into the
attractions to retrieve a lost item. Please check with the Gift Shop, before
leaving the property, for lost and found.
WEATHER
Night Of Terror is an outdoor event, and is affected by inclement weather.
Decisions about closing, because of rain or impending rain, are never easy.
Please check Night Of Terror socials, particularly Facebook, or this website
for closing information. ALL FINAL DECISIONS WILL BE MADE BY 4:00PM EST, ON
THE DAY OF OPERATION. Future night, decisions will not be made. Closings
will only be advertised on the actual day. Pre-purchased ticket holders
will receive an email from the 3rd party ticket seller, with instructions on
how to reschedule. Please be patient.
OPENING & ARRIVAL TIME?
Onsite ticket sales and pre-purchased ticket redemption, begin at 6pm.
Arrival on property should never be prior to 5:45pm. Please understand that
lines will be longer, mid to late season.
DROP OFF & MINORS ON PROPERTY
Anyone under the age of 18, MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES, on
property, including in the attractions. There must be a 4 to 1 ratio, at all
times. No more than 4 minors to 1 parent, guardian, or adult, 21 years or
older. Age verification required.
WHAT TO WEAR
Night Of Terror is an outdoor event on an operating farm. YOU WILL GET
DIRTY. Please do not wear your nicest clothes (even if you are on a date),
and definitely do not wear your nicest shoes. Please no open toe, or open
soled shoes. Please make sure your feet are covered. Dress for the weather.
Costumes are only acceptable, closer to Halloween party time of the season.
No props or weapons, associated with costumes. NO MASKS, HATS, FACE
COVERINGS, OF ANY KIND, ASSOCIATED WITH A COSTUME.

No backpacks or large bags
No weapons of any kind
No intoxication or under the influence
No alcohol
No drugs (including marijuana)
No smoking or vaping, in any line or attractions
No flashlights
No touching of any props or actors
No unattended minors
NO REFUND POLICY
Night Of Terror has a strict, no refund policy. If you are caught breaking,
touching, hurting, or harassing a fellow customer or employee, or any
property, security will end the night, with no refund. Being too scared to
continue, is not refundable. Job well done by us. Family emergencies and
accidents happen, your pre-purchased tickets will still be honored on any
night of the season. Thank you for your understanding.
Haunted attractions are very popular during the fall season. Please accept
that the closer to Halloween, the busier it will be. Saturday nights are the
busiest and most attended nights. Pack your patience and be prepared to wait
in line. Thursday nights are the less crowded nights, less waiting. VIP
tickets are available, any night of operation. At a higher price, they allow
for little to no wait. If you already purchased a general admission ticket,
you can upgrade to VIP at any ticket window.
